What is Pilates?
A form of exercise to improve your body’s flexibility, posture and strength. It is controlled and conscious movement with a big focus on posture and the core.
Our instructor’s main focus is on stability and control of exercises.

Due to today’s sitting and desk bound culture, many people have weak “core” muscles and are inflexible. With pilates, we aim to counteract these negatives.
