As a New Year begins, we hear a common theme being echoed of “New Year, New Me”, with the promise of exercise and buying that expensive gym membership that has been promised for the past few years or starting that new fad diet. A benefit of having a cyclical calendar means we have a chance to stop and reflect on our year as it draws to a close. We look back and see our achievements and defeats and we look forward into the New Year promising growth and good habits. Looking back at 2020, there is much to reflect on and much to learn from, bringing into 2021 a better understanding of ourselves and those around us.
